DOs and DON'Ts : (The House Rules of KPRA)

In line with our mission statement, we are pleased to append below the following House Rules:

Let's make sure our environment is clean and healthy.

Here are some suggestion from Julian & CFLee


DOs-->
1) Pick up the rubbish around the Parks and the roadside as we walk around.
2) Walk the dogs but pick up the poo along the way.
3) Teach our children not to litter.
4) Do use the vehicle access card when entering & leaving the Palma Precinct
5) Maintenance fees must be paid in advance every 3 months
6) Do ask your visitors to register with the security guards when entering the Palma Precinct
7) Do inform your Contractors to adhere to the Rules and Regulations (ie; Renovation work should stop by 6pm sharp and all workers leave by 7pm)



DON'Ts-->
1) Don't throw anything into the fountain pond.
2) Do not litter.
3) Do not let our pets loose and roam about freely.
4) Motorcycles are not allow in the Parks.
5) All fallen leaves and rubbish must not be swept into the drains.
6) Do not speed when driving around the Palma Precinct.
7) All renovation work must not be carried out on Sundays & Public holidays
8) No private buntings/banners are allowed unless sanctioned by the KPRA or MBSA.

PALMA RECYCLING CAMPAIGN
Please drop off the above items at the Gazebo next to the basketball court.

Every 2nd SUNDAY of the month (9am to 12noon)

All proceeds will be utilised by the Kemuning Palma Resident Association to further enhance the Social development of our Palma precinct.
