Some people do charity and community work by writing cheque and giving donations. Others by getting their hands dirty and be directly involved in the worthy activities.
ReplyDeleteBelieve me. The second option is worth much more than the first option in the long run. It is life changing experience to be directly involved in community work, bring us down to earth, and make us emphatize with others.
So, would like to strong encourage all residents to experience this life changing experience. Get to know your neighbours, you street rep, and your committee members.
Let's be more engaged with one another.
