Yes, I agree the security guard can make a call to confirm. I think phone bill issue, we can see how the thing work. I think have solution for it.
ReplyDeleteThe mechanism of the guard pole seems to break down too often. Very often, the access is kept unguarded with the poles upright or removed.Can't we have a more reliable one. Those used by the toll operators should be considered.
ReplyDeleteWould like to get feedback on the rubbish/leaves lying all over the housing area. Has anyone seen MBSA people come to clean up ? I have asked Paramount Management and they said it is MBSA job. So am checking with everyone to understand the situation. If no one has seen MBSA doing it then RA should raise a complain to MBSA. We all do pay the assessment fees.
ReplyDeleteHi All, I m Toh. Since there are so many grivances / unhappiness over the performances of our guards manning thier duties. Our RA will be calling for a dialogue session with Sri lara security boss to have the issues sorted & ironed out. Should you have further others issues (Security), Kindly post your comment which we will note down & forward to them for rectification. TQ

HI ALL, The turn up of our residents over the meetind held dated 21.2.09 between RA( Residents Association)& the security Company was good. The outcome of the meeting was positive & encouraging. Meanwhile, Pleased to inform all, that with effect from 1.3.2009 Entrance to our Palma pricinct can be done only by Access Card along with the implementation of our SOP ( Standard Operating Procedues)which will be posted in our blog within the next few days. Those without access card , Please purchase from Paramount.All owners are also encouraged to Register themselves with our Security CALL CENTRE. For The benefits of registration, You can either speak to the security Company Representatives OR Any Of RA Members nearest to your home. (Names can be obtained from Paramount). Meanwhile, We urge For those who have not paid up thier maintenance fees, You are Reminded to do so. Thank You
ReplyDeleteI notice the new guard are doing the regular "ronda" surrounding the Palma residence. But the new one seems to be very rush by cycling or riding straight to the point ( I guess where the key lock located ) without even looking at what happen at the surrounding. The head and eyes are always very focus to the front, guess he will not even realise anyone standing by the roadside.
